The Certificate in Real Estate and Tenancy Management is a nationally recognized professional training programme designed to equip participants with practical, legal, and business-oriented competencies required to succeed in Ghana’s real estate and housing sector. Delivered by the African Entrepreneurship Academy (AEA) in partnership with Mountville International University College, the programme blends regulatory knowledge, property marketing, technology, and professional ethics to prepare participants for careers as certified real estate agents and property managers.
The course provides in-depth exposure to Ghana’s rent and housing laws, tenancy agreements, rent control procedures, and modern real estate marketing techniques, including digital listings and social media. Participants will also develop strong skills in negotiation, customer service, branding, leadership, and ethical conduct, positioning them as trusted professionals in the rental and housing business.
Graduates of the programme benefit from expert-led training, including insights from Rent Control officers, and gain eligibility to be listed on the official AEA–Rent Control platform, enhancing credibility and employability within the industry.
