African Entrepreneurship Academy

The AEA is a strategic initiative to train, inspire and equip Africa’s fast growing Entrepreneur community. Our passion and drive at AEA is to help build Africa’s Global Entrepreneurial Giants

The Academy through its training modules, conferences and seminars has over the years trained and inspired over 10,000 individuals across the continent with about 1,250 entrepreneurs trained and graduated from our in-house certified courses across the Ghana and Cameroon.

Our training is targeted at people of diverse backgrounds and to give the African the Creativity, Leadership, Innovation, Critical thinking skills and the Attitude to excel in the global market as an entrepreneur or a corporate icon.

The African Entrepreneurship Academy believes that the traits, attitude and mindset of an entrepreneur are cardinal in propelling the African onto higher heights and in today’s competitive corporate and business world, these traits, attitude and mindset are the most sought-after.

The Academy offers continuous training, motivation, coaching and networking opportunities to our trainees, clients and partners.

Our Work With Other Organizations & Institutions

The AEA has partnered with many organizations and multinationals like Plan Ghana, The Network of African Entrepreneurs to train and develop entrepreneurs across the nation.

We have partnered with skilled associations like United Professional Photographers Association in training skilled photographers in the informal sector in Entrepreneurship and Business Management.

In 2015 we were contracted by the Private Sector development secretariat under the office of the President of Ghana to train and Certify 300 (100 in each region) entrepreneurs in the three regions in the Northern sector of Ghana; (Upper West, Upper East and Northern Region).

AEA also partnered with CELMED Cameroon to train over 100 entrepreneurs and corporate executives in Cameroon with Certification from Ghana.

We hope to continue to build the capacity of the formal and the informal sector to improve their management, entrepreneurial and leadership skills to help in building the Ghanaian economy.

We have officially partnered with two tertiary institutions in Ghana; the SYNERGIES INSTITUTE GHANA and HO TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY to award accredited professional Certificates and Diplomas for our training courses.

The African Entrepreneurship Academy’s Community Entrepreneurship Project partnered the Kpone-katamanso Municipal Asembly to train over 100 entrepreneurs.

The Academy has initiated the AEA Pan-African Center to focus on the francophone and other Non-English speaking countries; the first center is located in Accra, within the kotobabi community. The center has already trained and certified over 50 students from more than 10 African countries.
